Advanced electric architecture

The battery size in Mercedes-Benz EQ vehicles varies from one model to the other, but they all share an advanced electric architecture which allows charging at up to 200 kW. To put in perspective, the more kilowatts you have, the quicker your vehicle can charge. In Quebec we currently offer charging stations that vary from 50 kW to 150 kW with a few 350 kW chargers as well.

When we say that Mercedes-Benz EQ vehicles can charge at 200 kW, that means that not only can they charge at the maximum possible speed on a 150 kW charger, but it also means that they charge faster regardless of the output of the charging station.
